The Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) wishes to announce to its numerous clients and the general public the introduction of its new electronic BOP and PRB payments System.
Starting from 1st November, 2011 all Business Operation Permit (BOP) fees and Property Rate Bills (PRB) can be paid via our new electronic system at the following payment points within the Metropolis:
BOP/PRB PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. Payments at Sub-metro
2. Payment at AMA Head Office
3. Payment at the Banks(NIB/IBG)
4. Payment at selected pay-points
BANK PAYMENT PROCEDURE
1. Visit the partner banks(NIB/IBG) with your BOP or PRB Bill
2. Submit your bill to bank Teller to make Payment
3. Bank teller will retrieve your details from the e-payment system
4. Bank teller will post the amount you wish to pay unto the electronic system
5. Bank teller will generate a receipt and hand it over to you to cover the payment made
