The Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) has issued a warning to persons who deface murals done in public spaces within the metropolis. 

The Assembly disclosed this in a statement issued on Friday 14th August 2020 and signed by the Head of Public Affairs, Gilbert Nii Ankrah.

The release also states that “a search has begun for perpetrators and others who indulge in the act.”

“The Assembly has mounted an intensive search for the perpetrators and when the culprits are found, they would be made to face the full rigours of the law”, it added.
